Simon Sun is an Assistant Professor at the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University School of Law. He specializes in internet intermediary liability, privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and space governance. His research also focuses on applying Elinor Ostrom’s commons theory and polycentric governance to the digital society. Simon holds an S.J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law and an LL.B. from National Chung Cheng University. He is also a recipient of the Global Scholars Fund at the University of Manchester.
