Bill Blomquist is a Senior Research Fellow of the Ostrom Workshop at Indiana University Bloomington, Professor Emeritus of Political Science at Indiana University Indianapolis, the Water Policy Coordinator for the Indianapolis-based White River Alliance, and an adjunct instructor at Butler University. At IU-Indianapolis he also served as Dean of the IU School of Liberal Arts and as chair of the Political Science department. His research interests concern governmental organization and public policy, with a specialization in the field of water institutions and water management. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science from Indiana University–Bloomington, his M.A. in Political Science from Ohio University, and his B.S. in Economics from Ohio University.
