1. NSF Faculty Early Career Development Program (CAREER)

   • Deadline July 26, 2023
     
     
2. Early Career Faculty defined as: Hold a doctoral degree in a field supported by NSF; Be engaged in research in an area of science, engineering, or education supported by NSF; Hold at least a 50% tenure-track (or tenure-track-equivalent) position as an assistant professor (or equivalent title); Be untenured; and Have not previously received a CAREER award.
   
   
3. NSF Mid-Career Advancement Program (MCA)
   • NSF 22-603 (https://www.nsf.gov/pubs/2022/nsf22603/nsf22603.htm)
   • Submission Window: February 1-March 1, 2023 and annually thereafter
   • PIs must be a) at the Associate Professor rank (or equivalent; see Additional Eligibility Information) and b) at that rank for at least 3 years by the proposal submission date. PIs must have current or proposed research that falls within the purview of a participating disciplinary program.
     
     
4. National Science Foundation Research Traineeship (NRT) Program
   • NSF 21-536 (https://www.nsf.gov/pubs/2021/nsf21536/nsf21536.htm)
   • Submission Deadline: September 6, 2023.
   • NRT program seeks proposals that explore ways for graduate students in research-based master’s and doctoral degree programs to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to pursue a range of STEM careers.
